The Standard Homeopathic Company has released an immediate recall regarding all lots of Hyland’s Baby Teething Tablets and Hyland’s Baby Nighttime Teething Tablets after finding the products contain inconsistent amounts of belladonna alkaloids – differing from the amount shown on all product labels.

The FDA is warning consumers of the serious health hazards involving belladonna – an active ingredient in these products. Belladonna Alkaloids are said to be hazardous to children due to unpredictable effects from the product.

The Hyland’s Baby Teething Tablets were used to provide temporary relief to children suffering from teething symptoms. The current recall includes:

• Hyland’s Baby Teething Tablets
• Hyland’s Baby Nighttime Teething Tablets

 All distributors and retailers are being notified currently by mail regarding this recall, arranging for all recalled products to be returned. If you have either products, you should immediately return it to the store for a full refund or discard it.
